How can I get technical support?

If you need any technical support, you can use one of the following ways:
- You can use the Knowledge Base to search for existing articles that may have answered similar questions that you have. You can access the Knowledge Base on the top menu under Support.
2.Please submit a support ticket via the CITE online helpdesk page. Make sure that you select "LMS" in the "Category of inquiry" dropdown list. You can access the CITE helpdesk on the top menu under Support.
3. You can use the LIVE chat window at the bottom of the platform to initiate "New Conversation" by clicking the big red button in the chat window, as shown below.
