Click the red button (highlighted in the zone 2 above). You can create a new account on the platform as a non-TUT user.
If you click the zone 1 link (as shown above), you will be able to login using your existing non-TUT account in the zone 3 (as shown below). To use this function, you will need a valid non-TUT user account on the platform first.
